We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our client’s dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the profitability and efficiency of projects across various sectors, with a particular focus on municipal maintenance, pipeline construction, and related services.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimations for projects, considering materials, labour, and equipment requirements. Prepare accurate bill of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for tender submissions and project budgets. Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
