Job Summary

The Senior Quantity Surveyor prepares all costs aspects of civil and building works on projects, from the
inception to final account. To ensure all expenditure is kept to a minimum and all revenue is maximized as early
as possible all without compromising Employer/Subcontractor relationship.

Job Responsibilities 1

Obtain and expand knowledge base on all Civil and Building related matters as relate to specific projects.

Administer subcontractors and use of Company procedures.

Follow up with site construction team and technical team for collecting the progress details.

Obtain and expand knowledge base on all QS related matters related to specific projects. Through the

achievement of this all commercial and contractual matter.

Ensure to manage Client Site Instructions and Variation Orders.
