We are currently recruiting for a leading Fit-Out Contractor in the UAE. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead, supervise, control and optimise the commercial and contractual aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with company goals, policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with contracts / planning / estimation to verify / check the draft contract and the required documents prior to signing
• Check the contract agreement general / particular conditions of the contract, and specifications drawings.
• Obtain the approval of the project's overall budget
• Prepare the preliminary cash flow and send it to accounts upon the award of the project
• Follow up with the consultant and client the approval of the submitted variations
