HMS, part of Torus Group, is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Managing Quantity Surveyor – Developments to lead the delivery of our construction and development portfolio across the Northwest.

Reporting to the Commercial Director and managing a team of circa 10 commercial professionals, you will play a pivotal role in protecting and enhancing our commercial position across a £40m annual programme, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with our target surplus.
