Position Overview
Job Description:
- Must be able to draw autocad shop drawings
- Prepare and analyze cost comparison
- Analyze project specifications, quantify materials and resources required, and prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Analyze construction plans and specifications to determine material quantities and costs
- Develop budgets, considering factors such as labor, materials, equipment, and contingencies
- Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
- Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
- Prepare tendering works for submission
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Mitigate risks and resolve disputes during the project.
