Quantity Surveyor Quantity Surveying - Review construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Projecting cost estimates on various materials needed for a project.
- Coordinating with Site Managers, Site Engineers, and other team members to ensure the project is on time and on budget.
- Preparing contracts, legal tender documents, invoices, and other documentation.
- Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Managing contracts and tender processes.
- Monitoring project expenses and ensuring adherence to financial plans.
- Evaluating progress claims and finalizing accounts.
Qualifications & Experience - Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
