We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s team in the multi-disciplinary building industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects, ensuring that costs are managed effectively and projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Prepare and analyse project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labour, and time. Negotiate and agree on the contracts and terms with contractors and subcontractors. Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure budget adherence. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and assess project adherence to plans and specifications.
