Position Overview
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support commercial and cost management activities across a complex large scale infrastructure programme.
Key Requirements - Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying and commercial management on similar design and or construction projects
- Proven experience in cost estimation contract administration and financial control
- Strong knowledge of measurement standards valuation processes and commercial practices
- Ability to manage subcontractor accounts variations and interim payments
- Experience supporting projects of significant scale and complexity is highly desirable
- Middle East particularly UAE experience is an advantage
