Position Overview
Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil) Location: Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities - Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Manage project budgeting, cost control, and valuation of work done.
- Review subcontractor quotations, contracts, and payment certifications.
- Monitor project variations, claims, and final account settlements.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams for commercial matters.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
Requirements - Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 8+ years of QS experience in civil/building projects, preferably in UAE/GCC.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction cost management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software.
