Position Overview

Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for ensuring the successful commercial completion of contracts by maximising revenue, effective forecasting, and maintaining stringent cost controls. Ensure contractual rights and obligations are met for both main and subcontracting. Coach and develop subordinates, produce cost reports, and oversee cost management on construction projects. Provide expert advice and lead a team of quantity surveyors.
Project Scope:
Responsible for managing medium contracts valued between R 200 000 000 and R 300 000 000.

Responsible for managing large contracts valued at R 300 000 000 and above.

Responsible for managing multiple small and/or medium contracts valued between R 50 000 000 and R 300 000 000.
Requirements:
Degree or BTech in Construction Studies or Quantity Surveying

5 – 10 years experience
