Due to continued growth and an increase in project workload, they are now seeking to appoint a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects spanning multiple sectors.

Your new role
As a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral member of the team, managing multiple projects for a broad range of clients. You will take ownership of projects of varying scale and complexity, whilst developing strong relationships with both clients and will be responsible for delivering full cost management services from feasibility through to final account, including both pre- and post-contract duties.
