About you

You're a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys having real involvement in projects rather than being just another number in a large commercial team.

You like taking ownership of your own work, building relationships with operational teams and having a clear view of how the projects you're managing are performing. You're commercially aware, organised and comfortable working across several live fit out and refurbishment projects at the same time.

This role would suit someone who wants responsibility, variety and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while still remaining hands on with project delivery.

Your experience

You'll have experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the fit out and refurbishment sector.
