Responsibilities
+ Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing improvement of complex automation solutions across clinical learning products.
+ Act as a senior reviewer point for identifying high-impact technical issues, providing expert-level root cause analysis and driving resolution.
+ Drive the delivery of enterprise automation solutions, working closely with engineering leads, service planning leads, and internal stakeholders on optimized quality coverage and achievable test automation coverage
+ Identify and execute automation and process improvement opportunities, reducing manual overhead and boosting efficiency
+ Ensure platform stability and performance through proactive monitoring, tuning, and incident response with development teams
+ Work closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into automation designs with wider test coverage
