Job Description
Scope of Role
Strategy: Define and execute a quality strategy across the international systems integration lifecycle, ensuring projects meet established quality expectations and objectives.
Operations: Support the existing Critical Communications quality program by managing frontline quality deliverables and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS).
Collaboration: Partner with Systems Integration project stakeholders, international deployment teams, and business leadership to ensure quality metrics are aligned with and support business needs.
Core Responsibilities
Process Quality: Enforcement of field deployment processes and verification of process capability.
Lifecycle Performance: Ensure downstream impact from system deployments are analyzed and translated into applicable product and process improvements.
