Senior Quality Engineer

This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Managing Director, where you will take full ownership of the Quality function and play a key role in driving continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Quality Engineer

• Lead and manage the Quality department, setting direction and driving performance
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with AS9100 / EN9100 standards
• Act as a key member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to business strategy and decision‑making
• Ensure compliance with aerospace and customer‑specific quality requirements
• Oversee FAIRs, PPAP submissions, control plans, and quality documentation
• Drive root cause analysis using tools such as 8D and Ishikawa
