Position Overview
A Senior Quality Assurance Staff is responsible for providing operational leadership and expertise in the development, implementation, and training of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) compliant quality system. He/she shall also take the lead in document control, change control, investigations,
deviations, Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA), and resolution to product/customer
complaints.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or allied courses.
- Mastery of cGMP and good understanding of Food Safety principles.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a Quality Assurance Staff.
- Certificate in Quality Assurance is a plus.
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
- Able to present and resolve audit findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
