• Establish and maintain Quality Agreements (QAA) in collaboration with Drug Product Services and Drug Substance teams across multiple sites.
• Serve as the QA representative in project teams, including participation in customer meetings during technical transfer.
• Act as the primary QA contact for assigned projects, managing customer interactions, follow‑ups, and quality‑related queries.
