About the role

As a Senior QA Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every garment leaving our facility meets the quality standards our customers expect. You’ll own the final stage of the QA process — from inspection and reconciliation to resolving discrepancies and driving improvements with our partner facilities. Beyond day‑to‑day checks, you’ll help shape how we scale quality operations by identifying recurring issues, tightening processes, and supporting the development of junior team members. This role is ideal for someone who’s hands‑on, detail‑driven, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast‑moving operational environment.
