Responsibilities: Provide advice and support to the QA/QC Manager for the development, implementation, review and revision of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and attachments. Interact with other Managers and Engineers to implement and coordinate the PEP and attachments. Regularly assess the effectiveness of the PEP and provide reports to management on quality performance and areas of improvement. Review subcontractor/supplier quality systems.
