Support the implementation and oversight of food safety (HACCP & ISO 22000) and quality assurance programmes across the Central Kitchen and outlets (local and overseas)
Train staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food hygiene, and proper food handling practices
Assist with quality assurance testing programmes and new product development initiatives
Perform routine inspections
Investigate feedback from customers, outlets, and the Central Kitchen
Ensure compliance with all SOPs across the Central Kitchen and outlets
Coordinate with vendors and contractors on maintenance matters related to food safety and quality assurance issues
Requirements:
Diploma in Food Science & Technology or any related fields.
Minimum 3 year of experience as Quality Assurance role.
