Position Overview
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in QA or technical roles, with at least one year in a leadership position managing remote teams.
- Industry experience in e-commerce, FinTech, or subscription-based environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in QA automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter/JUnit), release management tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Current hands-on experience with unit testing and quality assurance best practices.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Odoo), CRM, REST APIs, AWS, Jira, and Confluence.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven ability to enforce and advocate for quality processes across the organization.
