Job Description :
• Define suppliers of materials, equipment, and represent the company in negotiate good term of sales, contracts and formulating policies with them.
• Responsible for requisition process and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
• Responsible for purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
• Keep records of goods ordered and received;
• Manage purchasing systems (ERP)
• Responsible for disposal of surplus materials; manage inventory
• Develop and implement purchasing as company policies, and procedures.
• Control activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment and machinery.
• Analyse and report on market conditions and merchandise costs
• Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
• Experienced in working with vendors and clients
• Deep knowledge about Vietnam laws
