Handles and resolves conflicts, enquiries, feedback and complaints from client, consultants, building management, public, CAG, NEA and various stakeholders through e-mails and phone calls pertaining to the project.
Maintains good support and positive relations among organisations, stakeholders and the public.
Planning and launching of public relations programme
Responsible for the production of all communication materials related to the public relations effort
Maintains proper record of all public relation cases, correspondences and communication materials.
SPRO is to proactively initiate and take charge all public relations engagement and outreach activities, such as face-to-face dialogue sessions, exhibitions, roadshows etc
SPRO shall interface with the LTA, CAG, PTO and all relevant stakeholders on the design of visuals on the hoardings at stations.
