Position Overview
What the role is: You will apply psychological principles, knowledge and relevant insights to enhance SID's organisational and operational effectiveness.
What you will be working on: - Identify opportunities and helm efforts to grow and strengthen specific psychological domains
- Conceptualise, lead and manage projects and initiatives in specific psychological domains
- Conduct research, assessments and interventions in psychological domains relevant to SID. These include, but are not limited to, mental health and well-being, organisational psychology, social psychology and psychological profiling
- Provide consultation, advice and training to relevant SID stakeholders in psychological matters
- Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team
