Position Overview
What the role is: You lead a team to manage and oversee the development of Psychological Defence capabilities and provide comprehensive psychology support along a peace to war continuum.
What you will be working on: - Plan and employ qualitative and quantitative methods for evidence-based diagnostics
- Provide professional advice and expertise to enhance individual, team, and unit psychological readiness
- Improve organisational effectiveness through psychological interventions
- Lead on best practices in job/appointment assessment
- Build expertise in psychological interviewing and individual profiling
- Plan, design, and implement pre, post, and during operations assessment systems
- Provide immediate crisis management for critical incidents
