What the role is: This role manages Integrated Facilities Management contracts, conducting performance audits, overseeing budgets and payments, ensuring contractor compliance, and supporting strategic FM planning through stakeholder engagement and data analysis.
What you will be working on: Key Responsibilities - Responsible for the contract development and administration of the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contracts and the associated facilities management vendors.
- Plan and conduct performance audits on IFM contractors and vendors to monitor and measure performance compliance this includes but is not limited to performing site inspections, interviews, tabletop exercises, documentation audits, etc.
- Manage the defining and establishing of Tender/Contractual deliverables and terms.
