Job Overview Front line of the FM Team in attending to faults and complaints. Provide supervision to ensure works and services under the contract are rendered and performed professionally, effectively, and efficiently. Assist the Assistant Building Manager (Hard & Soft) in supervising subcontractors and specialist. Update field data to the CMMS system.
Responsibilities - Assist Manager in administering and managing 5 soft services contracts (Cleaning, Façade Cleaning, Food Waste Recycling, Landscape, and Pest Control) to meet contractual KPI and obligations.
- Compile reports of soft services for monthly reporting to the Client.
- Conduct site inspections to check soft services contractor performance, standards, and compliance to the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work schedule, and promptly update the work completion status in the system.
