Responsibilities

• Lead acquisitions, disposals, lettings and landlord‑tenant matters.
• Negotiate leases, licences, sales and other complex property transactions.
• Manage and optimise the portfolio to deliver strong financial and strategic outcomes.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with tenants, partners and stakeholders.
• Commission and manage external advisors including agents, surveyors, valuers and consultants.
