Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor the organization’s project portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and priorities.
- Coordinate with departments and project owners to track project progress, milestones, risks, and overall performance.
- Prepare periodic portfolio performance reports, executive dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify portfolio-level risks, issues, and interdependencies, and recommend corrective and mitigation actions.
- Follow up on project schedules, deliverables, and implementation plans to ensure timely execution and completion.
- Ensure all project change requests, scope updates, and business requirements are properly documented, assessed, and monitored.
