**Responsibilities**

+ Client Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our healthcare practice. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
+ Project Leadership: Manage and provide oversight for healthcare development projects from inception to completion. Project types include multi-acre hospital campuses as well as smaller medical office buildings and clinics. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
