Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all stages of project management for wood frame builds
• Manage monthly project reporting with Site Supervisors
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact
• Assist in preparing tender packages for projects
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Requirements:
• Two completed full-cycle wood frame projects
• Knowledge of CCDC contracts, Procore and Microsoft Project
