Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be involved in:
Manage individual tasks throughout the design, procurement and construction process including submittals and RFI process.Transcribe meeting minutes and action items and drive each item to closure.Ensure project compliance with client’s document controls and file specifications.Regular collaboration and coordination is required with internal resources, consultants, client stakeholders and general contractors/construction managers.Submittal approval managementRFI processingChange order managementMeeting coordinationReviewing and tracking schedule and work progressAdministration of project observation reportsReportingPunch-list managementParticipation in managing commissioningManage project close-out and handover documentation to operationsClient Relationship Managemen...
