Senior Project Manager (Utility)


What we are looking for:

A Senior Project Manager who will work collaboratively with one or more project teams to ensure that quality projects are produced safely, on time and within budget, all while fostering a work environment reflecting Aldridge’s Core Values.

What you’ll do:

+ Champion a strong safety culture on assigned projects through proactive leadership and vigilance in identifying and addressing potential safety issues.

+ Provide ongoing mentorship and training to direct reports. Host regular performance conversations to set goals, provide feedback, and support the development of direct reports.

+ Using Aldridge’s standard processes and guidelines, manage all facets of assigned projects or assigned project scopes including safety, planning, scheduling, financials, and project execution.
