We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage construction projects from pre‑construction to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Pre‑Construction & Tender

• Support and contribute to tender submissions and pre‑construction planning.
• Review and develop construction methodologies and buildability proposals.
• Assist with programme development and sequencing at the tender stage.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to support cost planning and risk evaluation.
• Identify risks, constraints, and opportunities during bid submissions.

Project Delivery

• Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor to support cost reporting and financial forecasting.
• Develop and maintain the main programme logic.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies and CDM Regulations as Principal Contractor.
