Job Description
Report to the Project Director. The Project manager is responsible to lead the project team for the execution of the project from commencement until completion and defects liability period.
Responsibilities
- Prepare master programme and ensure that the project complete within the stipulated or extended contract period.
- Implementation of all ISO, quality, EHS, green and gracious procedures and requirements.
- Complete the project with quality to meet client's / consultant's requirements.
- Ensure compliances to Authoritiesβ requirements.
- To deal with consultants and owners on all matters including solving of technical problems, submission of shop drawings and samples, etc.
- With the support of QS, plan and monitor the confirmation of sub-contractors and suppliers so that they are awarded according to the scope and procurement schedule.
