Position Overview
To lead and deliver the Distribution Channel Management System & Balanced Scorecard initiatives and system enhancements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with business, regulatory, and audit requirements, while maintaining operational stability of the system.
Project & Delivery Management
- Own end‑to‑end project delivery including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure projects and system enhancements meet agreed SLAs, milestones, and business outcomes.
- Manage change control, issue resolution, and project re‑baselining where required.
- Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives and prioritize delivery across portfolios.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as primary point of accountability across business users, IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
