Position Overview
The incumbent will lead the project team and be overall responsiblefor the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring,controlling and closure of projects.
Job Duties
- Project management, plan, organise, lead and control theactivities of the project team to successfully complete all assignedprojects on‑time and within budget.
- Acts as a primary point of contact between AJA and client.
- Is responsible for the coordination of the design and technicalrequirements of the project and the integration of all scope of workrelated to the project.
- Is responsible for the cordinal working environment at site and topromote positive working relationship with main con & other trades.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of hands‑on site experience.
