Seeking a senior, business-savvy Project Manager with deep Rewards experience to lead complex, large-scale initiatives across Rewards and Digital Channels. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and delivery excellence in evolving, data-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across Rewards and Digital initiatives
- Define and implement project governance frameworks and delivery structures
- Develop and manage integrated project plans , timelines, and dependencies
- Facilitate workshops with business, technical teams, and external partners
- Drive stakeholder alignment across business, IT, compliance, and operations
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID) with mitigation strategies
- Provide executive-level reporting , insights, and progress updates
