Your Mission Lead and deliver modernization (retrofit, upgrade, replacement) projects while managing recurring preventive and corrective maintenance contracts. Ensure full lifecycle service performance—including execution excellence, customer satisfaction, financial management, and long-term service growth.

- Manage end‑to‑end modernization/retrofit projects for electrical distribution, automation, and industrial equipment.
- Control scope, schedule, cost, risks, and quality using company project processes.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, site installation, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, HSE standards, and regulations.
