This is a strategic, high-impact role where you will lead complex, cross-border transactions across Europe.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to take ownership of the end-to-end deal lifecycle , from initial diligence through to closing and Day 1 readiness.

You will operate as a key connector across business functions, ensuring seamless execution during critical transaction phases, while enabling a smooth transition into post-deal integration.
