Overview
Your primary role is to manage a team, getting a team to complete systems for banking projects.
Reporting to Project Director/VP.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of large-size banking projects.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Develop full-scale project plans.
- Assemble and coordinate project staff.
- Manage large team of project resource allocation (conduct interviews for your team).
- Plan and schedule project timelines.
- Conduct meetings with bank stakeholders and report to internal management.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of full Project Management experience.
- A minimum of 3 development cycles in a full SDLC implementation role.
- Must have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
