Job Description
The Sr Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, primarily using early engagement and design-build delivery methods. This role ensures that every project meets schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals while building and maintaining strong client relationships. The Sr Project Manager leads multidisciplinary project teams, manages risk, and upholds company standards as the key point of accountability for internal and external stakeholders. This position independently leads at least one significantly complex project and mentors less-experienced project managers, modeling client trust-building and professional excellence in fast-paced industrial environments such as manufacturing, cold storage, food and beverage distribution, and logistics facilities.
