Job Description: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the operational and functional management of assigned projects, ensuring delivery against key KPIs, including profitability, quality, and production readiness. This role involves leading cross-functional project teams, managing budgets, defining project scopes, and overseeing project timelines. The Senior Project Manager coordinates project resources, resolves escalated issues, manages project changes, and ensures alignment with customer expectations. Additionally, the role includes coaching junior Project Managers, contributing to methodology improvements, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards, values, and environmental, health, and safety guidelines.
