Position Overview
Accountable for large and comprehensive projects of high complexity and varied scope, across a large, dispersed team. Focuses on the creation of the project vision, developing planning documents and overseeing / managing the implementation, reporting, and performance of the overall projects and programs with the expectation of delivering on time, with excellence, within budget, maximum impact, and to scope. Ensure high quality implementation of Practice Management & Growth Consultingβs Programs and Services, including but not limited to: implementation needs, logistics and coordination, workflows and systematized processes, seamless and quality participant experience, and ensuring coaches and management are equipped and informed.
