About the role

Lead complex, multi‑workstream finance transformation programs (process, ERP/financial systems, data/reporting, and operating model). Own end‑to‑end delivery from business case through stabilization, driving disciplined governance, clear executive reporting, and measurable value.

What you'll do here

• Program Leadership – Build and manage the integrated plan, scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical path across workstreams.
• Governance & Reporting – Run steerco and working groups; produce crisp, decision‑ready updates and dashboards.
• Execution Oversight – Remove blockers; enforce quality gates; coordinate across Finance, IT, Data, and vendors.
• Resource & Portfolio – Monitor capacity and utilization; forecast demand; optimize allocations and elevate gaps.
• Financials & Vendors – Work with PMO on budget/forecast; manage burn, change orders, SOWs, SLAs, and performance (when required).
