We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-value, multi-technology smart building projects (, ICT cabling, security, networking, AV, BMS, IoT) for projects in London & the home counties.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead pre-contract strategy and bid processes.
• Define project methodology, manage mobilisation and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely and snag-free delivery across multiple technologies.
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial performance.
• Champion health & safety and ensure compliance on-site.
• Mentor and manage Project Managers.
Required Skills
• Experience managing £m+ projects in smart buildings or construction.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and technical knowledge.
• Familiarity with digital project management tools.
