This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Senior Project Manager to lead projects from day one across a strong pipeline of residential developments for housing associations and build-to-rent clients. The successful Senior Project Manager will work on schemes ranging from 150 to 400 units, covering both pre-construction and post-contract delivery phases.
