Position Overview
Key Responsibilities Project Management - Manage multiple fire sprinkler installation projects across commercial, industrial, retail, warehousing, and high-risk facilities.
- Oversee all phases of projects including planning, procurement, installation, commissioning, and final handover.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to approved specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
Client & Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Attend project meetings, technical meetings, and site progress reviews.
