Responsibilities and Duties . Assist Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/ Senior Project Manager (SPM)/ Project Manager (PM) in day-to-day management of the contract . Advise the PRPM/SPM/PM on site quality and safety issues. . Determine any non-conformances on works .Liaise with Contractor to rectify any non-conformances and document them properly . Ensure that decisions on site issues are conveyed to the Contractor within a reasonable time frame. . Ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings and programme without compromising on quality and safety . Provide feedback to the PRPM/SPM/PM on quality and safety matters and suggest quality improvement measures for implementation on site . Supervise installation of instrumentation and monitoring of instrumentation . Lead a team of supervisors to ensure full time supervision of works on site by supervisor /client
