Delivering the project area with zero harm to personnel and the environment Delivery of the project area to meet or exceed the goals developed during the definition phase Delivery of the project area to, or below, the approved project budget Delivery of the project area to the agreed schedule Compliance with environmental, community and heritage requirements and conditions Overall performance of the project area with the Project Manager Promotion of HSEC as a priority in all areas of the project Day-to-day management and coordination of the construction management for the project area Management of interfaces with all appropriate stakeholders Review and approval of key documentation to ensure it meets the objectives and design concepts Reviewing schedule and progress reporting to ensure timely and r...
